Get ready for school!

The first day of school is Tuesday, Aug. 11, and we can’t wait to welcome students back to class!

Planning for Progress

Pinellas County Schools hosted a series of community meetings across the district to share school-specific data and gather feedback on population and enrollment trends, facility planning and school utilization.

What is a School Advisory Council?

The School Advisory Council (SAC) is a team of people from the community who come together to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented to the school in an effort to create a smoother, better environment for our students. Our SAC committee consists of parents, teachers, administrators and other parties interested in the betterment of our school. We assist in the preparation and evaluation of the results of the school improvement plan (SIP), discuss hot topics such as Common Core and go over upcoming school events.

If you are interested in a behind the scenes look at what happens at your child’s school, please join us every first Wednesday of the month.
